BODYPUMP - BodyPump™ puts you on the fast track to shaping up and losing body fat. It's a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes BodyPump a great starting point to develop strength and confidence.

BODYFLOW - BodyFlow is a yoga, tai chi and pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centered and calm. It's your personal timeout from the stress and strains of daily life – a 55-minute group exercise-to-music class that enhances your physical and mental well-being.

ZUMBA - Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic cardiovascular fitness class that will blow you away. The class is suitable for all fitness levels. The goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked.

CARDIO KICKBOXING - Cardio kickboxing is a cardio workout using kicks, punches, calisthenics and core exercises to elevate heart rate and strengthen all major muscle groups. You'll burn calories, tone your muscles, and work up a sweat as you  kick and punch your way to improved fitness.

BOOT CAMP - Boot camp is an all-inclusive total-body workout that will tone your muscles, raise your heart rate, and help boost your overall fitness level. Using a variety of methods including calisthenics, resistance training, and body weight conditioning, boot camp is a fun way to challenge yourself and burn calories.

SPORTS CONDITIONING - Sports conditioning classes are aimed at improving your overall performance and fitness whether you play a specific sport or not. Designed to help develop specific skills as well as strength and power, sports conditioning classes are a fun way to challenge yourself.
