What is SuperSlow Zone?

A total body workout preformed once or twice a week. Each personal strength training workout lasts approximately 20 minutes. This is a professional service (not a gym!) that is by appointment only. Each workout is one-on-one with a certified instructor utilizing a slow-motion protocol.

What makes SuperSlow Zone different?

SuperSlow Zone instructor certification has the highest level of testing in strength training. Each instructor must continue to take courses to maintain certification. The state of the art clinical training environment is noise and distraction free. With the use of result tracking technology, SuperSlow Zone guarantees their clients get stronger.
